When do I get paid?

Your payout is created after your gallery delivers and clears. You'll see your earnings and payout history right in Dispatch.

Do I have to accept every shoot?

No. You see the occasion, location, and payout before you accept, and you only take what you want. Going offline is one tap.

How does vetting work?

You apply with a few of your best photos. We review your work and style, and once you're approved you finish onboarding and go live. Every ICON is vetted, which is exactly why clients trust the platform.

Is this a job?

It's a pipeline, not a boss. Most ICONs shoot nights and weekends on top of whatever else they do. How much you work is entirely yours. And it's not exclusive, so your own clients and projects stay yours.

How does the money reach me?

You connect your bank account once during onboarding, and payouts go straight there after each gallery delivers. No invoices, no waiting on a client to Venmo you.

Am I expected to edit the photos?

ICON is built for fast, candid delivery, not album production. Cull your best shots, give them whatever quick polish is your style, and upload right after the session. No editing marathons, no revision rounds.

Does it cost me anything?

No. Applying is free and being on the platform is free. ICON takes its share from each booking, and the payout you see before accepting a shoot is yours.
